We designed our food truck to have a minimalistic, neutral design so that it can fit in with at any event, from a backyard birthday to a sailcloth tent wedding.

Wandering Agave Food Truck runs off of solar electric generators, this allows us to power our truck silently so that you can enjoy the music, or celebration without the fumes and noise that a gas-powered generator can create. We also use plates, bowls and silverware made from recycled/renewable materials.

All of our dishes are made from scratch with love. We use heirloom corn masa and beans grown by small family farms in Mexico and source seasonal fruits and veggies from local farms. We want everyone to enjoy our food so we always have plenty of options for vegans, vegetarians, and guests with allergies.
